MD GROUP served as the general contractor for the comprehensive fitout of the Modera Towers residential complex, handling façade work, common area finishing, furniture and textile supply, logistics, installation, and final assembly. The schedule was met from the first to the last stage. When developing solutions, the team focused on international safety and functionality standards adopted for premium residential complexes: a distinguished façade, thoughtful hallway navigation, and durable and environmentally friendly finishing materials. Special attention was paid to the energy efficiency of utility systems and the cost-effectiveness of the chosen solutions, which allowed for a balanced premium appearance with a reasonable operating budget. As a result, Modera Towers now offers residents a modern, safe, and comfortable environment that meets international quality standards.
